Suicide Prevention

It's okay to sometimes not feel okay. Healing is not a straight line. During these times, it's important to remind yourself that healing takes time, and it’s perfectly normal to have ups and downs. You don’t need to have all the answers or be "fixed" right away. It's okay to take things one step at a time. In fact, it’s a sign of strength to acknowledge your pain rather than ignore it. When you give yourself grace, you’re allowing yourself the space to heal. It’s also important to remember that God loves you unconditionally, even in moments when you feel weak or lost. He sees your worth and potential, even when you might not see it in yourself. Healing isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress, and sometimes, that progress looks like simply surviving another day. So, be kind to yourself. If you need to rest, take a break, or ask for help, that’s okay. You are doing the best you can, and God is with you every step of the way.

The feelings of hopelessness that often accompany suicidal thoughts can feel overwhelming and unmanageable. Please know, you are not alone. While these feelings may seem all-consuming right now, they are temporary and will pass, even when it feels impossible. If you're in immediate danger, please reach out to Suicide Prevention at 988 or dial 911. You don’t have to carry this burden alone.

Winding Roads

Trust in God's Grace

In your moments of pain, please remember this: You are deeply loved by God, and you matter to Him more than you can imagine. No matter what you're facing right now, His love for you is unwavering and unconditional. You are not defined by your struggles—God sees you as precious, unique, and worthy of all the healing and peace He offers. When it feels like the weight of the world is too much, know that God is right there with you, loving you through every moment. He is ready to embrace you with open arms, and He wants you to experience the fullness of His grace and restoration. Your life is a gift, and you have a purpose that only you can fulfill. Don’t give up, because God has a plan for you, and He will carry you through the darkest times. When you’re feeling overwhelmed and the weight of your struggles seems unbearable, remember that God's grace is sufficient for you. His love is unending and unconditional, and He offers grace not because we deserve it, but because He is loving and merciful. Even in our darkest moments, when we feel weak or broken, God's grace is there, holding us up and offering us hope. God's grace is not about being perfect or having everything together; it's about surrendering our burdens to Him and trusting that He will carry us through. His grace is what sustains us when we feel like we can’t go on. You don’t have to have it all figured out right now. Just take it one moment at a time, knowing that God sees you, loves you, and is with you in every step. In those times when you feel like you're not enough, His grace reminds you that you are more than enough because you are His child. God’s love for you doesn’t change, no matter what you’re going through. You are never alone. He will meet you right where you are, giving you peace and strength to keep moving forward. Hold onto His grace—it’s your lifeline in times of despair.
