Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Reconciliation – Christian Life Coaching

At Reconciliation, we are committed to providing valuable coaching services and helping you achieve your personal and spiritual goals. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. Non-Refundable Payments
   All coaching session fees are non-refundable, except in special circumstances (e.g., emergencies, illness). We encourage clients to carefully consider their availability and commitment before booking sessions.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

   • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. If proper notice is given, clients may reschedule the session at no additional charge.

   • If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the full session fee will be charged.

3. Cancellations by Reconciliation
   If Reconciliation needs to cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be promptly notified and given the option to reschedule or receive a refund for the missed session.

4. Refund Requests
   Refund requests due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly for consideration.

5. No Refunds for Completed Sessions
   Once a coaching session has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
